Keep Safe and Enjoy Yourself
The Centre can be accessed freely during opening hours, restricted to 6 persons at any one time. We require you to sanitise and record your details with a helpful receptionist before entering the exhibition space which has been fully sanitised, We will also take your temperature. Face coverings must be worn at all times. We are committed to making your experience enjoyable and safe
Face Coverings
We ask all visitors to please wear a face covering over mouth and nose when in the building. If you have any health issues around wearing a face covering, please let our team know.
Our front of house team will be wearing clear visors.
What if I have forgotten my face covering?
We will have face coverings available for our visitors at £1 each to cover our costs in providing these. These are subject to availability only.
Social distancing
We ask for your support in following our social distancing guidelines. This means keeping 2 metres apart at all times.
One Way System
Please pay attention and follow the one way system. We have reduced the capacity to make your visit safe and more comfortable.
Extra cleaning, using hand washing
We have extra sanitising and cleaning facilities in high touch point areas. Hand sanitising stations can be found throughout the building. Please use sanitiser provided on entry to the building.
Wellness Checks
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, are self-isolating or have been contacted in accordance with the track and trace system, please do not enter the building. All members of our team are checked accordingly too.
Toilets
Please note, in line with Covid-19 guidance and safety, all our toilet facilities are not currently open and those that are must to be limited for visitors to the Gallery only, subject to availability. Our Team
All members of our team undergo a daily wellness check before they enter the building.
Everyone is supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is refreshed regularly.
All team members have been trained in the correct frequency and method of handwashing and use hand sanitiser at regular intervals.
A risk assessment has been completed and documented to demonstrate we have looked at the Covid-19 hazards within The Ted Lewis Centre and have introduced measures to operate safely.
